I greatly enjoy Rhonda Vincent & The Rage but this just isn't Ernest Tubb's version. The best time to have heard this song was in the early to mid 1960s when Ernest Tubb and the Texas Troubadours were playing in the beer joints and small clubs of the time. I was lucky enough to be able to stay outside of some local bars where I grew up,when I was in my early teens and listen to not only Ernest Tubb but also the likes of George Jones and the many good local bands of the time.
