This is not very scary, unlike some other Asian horror movies, but this is still a very strong movie. I really enjoyed the plot and the acting was super-b! The score really sets the mood.

i saw this movie strictly in Japanese with no subtitles in my first year of learning the language. You can still tell what is exactly going on and that's how well symbolized the movie is.

I actually didn't think it was scary. Some parts were kinda freaky, like the burned girl, but none of it was all that bad. It was very good though, it is very intense and keeps you watching. I loved it, I just don't think it's horror.
