  • @honeybee84 Amy is josh's 1st cousin

  • what an awkward wedding.

  • I think it would be great if there's a spin off where Josh comes out as a gay man or even if he falls in love with Amy... I think Amy and Josh would make a wonderful couple

  • U guys are a bunch of loney ass bitches who don't care bout anyone else and u wish u had a family like there's

  • @Johnsont2013 Don't tell me, let me guess. Home schooled?

  • I'm really surprised that Jim Boob didn't order his son to allow the cameras into their hotel room to document every moment of their wedding night- this surely would have been a huge ratings-grabber and brought in even more money for this fame-whoring family. Boob Jr. learned his lesson later when he ordered his wife to let the cameras film her giving birth on a toilet. These cult members are such hypocrites- birth scenes are fine, yet the girls aren't allowed to wear pants.

  • What's the bet when they closed the door to their hotel room Josh was all like "I'm grumpy and tired and going to sleep now. I'll see you in the morning Anna, when you wake me up with my cooked breakfast." He strikes me as the type who won't be able to please his wife in the bedroom, whereas I get the feeling Anna is desperate to do it!

  • Omg Josh, you are supposed to pick your wife up and carry her across the threshold (carry her through the door)! Lame dude, lame!

  • Omg they were so super grumpy when they were getting int their car. No sense of humour! I thought it was fun and a great tradition to decorate the wedding car. Instead of acting unhappy about it like Anna and Josh did, the best thing would have been to have laughed it off. But nooo, the fun police strike again!

  • I love joshs pillow!!!

  • can people please take their flames somewhere else?

  • Ummm... no way in .. whatever.. was that their first kiss. They kiss like it's habit, and he almost accidentally went in for it before he was given permission by his dad..

  • A husband and a wife are to both serve one another in their marriage.

  • 1. your first kiss is ALWAYS awkward (plus with all those people watching)

    2. she CHOSE to submit because she loved Josh enough to honor him in that way

    3. the marriage wasn't arranged. They knew each other through homeschooling social groups.

    4. there's nothing dishonorable about their lifestyle just because its not focused on personal gain like the rest of the world.

    5. Its obviously not for everyone, but don't judge them for following their faith to the letter when so few of us have any

  • @CelticXAngel88 And why the hell do we need a religion to follow in the first place?

  • @nibblesxsips You may not choose to not to follow religion but they have so you get on with your life and let them get on with theirs. You can change there minds.

  • @nibblesxsips I reiterate number 5.

  • @CelticXAngel88 Aaaaamen! Exactly what I was thinking!

  • @CelticXAngel88 My first kiss with my husband wasnt awkward at all!!! we were quite good at it!!!! =)

  • I thought they were going to put a "Don't Disturb" sign!!!! Thank gosh they didnt

  • At 0:44 that cake looks really good lol

  • I want to have a ton of kids.... but instead of bringing more humans in the world.... I think I will adopt some that need parents! :D

  • Random--but why do they have a shitload of clothes in their car? #redneck.

  • What religion are they in?

  • @Vicymorgan There southern Baptist's

  • @Duggarfann19 Thank you!

  • @SARASARAMAYMAY umm...you can get in alot of trouble for saying that. What an awful thing to say

  • Who's down for kidnapping Jposie in the middle of the night and saving her from a life of Duggar? JK

  • @SARASARAMAYMAY haha i totally agree lets plan it together

  • Thank you for posting this! God bless

  • They're such positive people =D I find that life is more enjoyable when you stay positive... it's not good to always look at and dwell on the negatives of things 'cause that'll just make life harder and more depressing.

  • I agree with Rachael. WHAT century are these people living in? And why doesn't it occur to them that one of the reasons that the world is so screwed up is that men have been in charge! And letting God decide how many children they're going to have! What if each of the 19 Duggar children has 19 children --that's 361 people in one generation! If these people are so "Godly" and love children so much, why don't they do something truly Christian by adopting someone who has no home!!

  • @el7jake Totally agree with you. I know it's their religion, but come on, 19 children?! The world's population is growing every day - it doesn't need that many more humans overcrowding it. Soon, all our supplies will run out and the environment won't be able to cope. I'd rather see 19 more tigers, orangutangs and cheetahs in the world.

  • These ppl don't know how to deal with the negative aspects of lives. As we all know, life isn't always a piece of cake and it can be pretty shitty from time to time, but these people just go on and pretend like everything is fine and perfect and that creeps me out more than anything.

  • @dptmfid Sooo you're supposed to make a big deal & complain about things? No...it's called being positive about everything that comes your way...God doesn't give you anything you can't handle.

  • @nikkayx333 yes, you have to complain from time to time. no matter how positive your personality is, you've got to have some negative emotions about something and if you leave it unexpressed, it might stay there and get bigger and more attention-consuming without you even realizing it and what might have been solved with an apology might now need a therapy session. now, this doent happen to everyone, but it's healthy to express your feelings about stuff every now and then.

  • @nikkayx333 God doesn't give you anything you can't handle? Ha, tell that to Job. I'm not even a Christian and I just showed you up. Sorry, but I can't envision myself being even remotely happy in a world where my life is completely dependent on a man, let alone one of the Duggar boys who, lets face it, don't appear to be the shiniest bulbs on the Christmas tree to begin with. If it's what she wants, then fine, but the whole idea that a woman is property still to some now is insulting.

  • @BohemianTonks89 God doesnt give you anything you can't handle with him. He gives you things that you cannot handle alone so you can lean on him in hard times. When you are at your weakest, you're really at your strongest.

  • anna's kinda a bitch! shes winey, just chill bitch, things will work out!

  • lmao! pause at 0:48 thats what annas thinkin about doing for real!

  • I thought they were going to spend their honeymoon in their new house but I forgot that they're in Florida, so I guess spending it in a hotel room isn't too bad in that situation. :)

  • i feel bad for these kids....

  • seriously, why do the bates daughters ALWAYS dress alike??? they don't have their own taste, not even the adults?

  • i want my weddin 2 be just like this <3

  • Ugh how awkward talking about sex for the first time. First times arent always so great. How awful if it was a painful/unenjoyable night lmao awkward!

  • I wonder what he was thinking at 0:48 seconds when she is licking/sucking the cake out of his fingers noticed that he made her suck them bahaha freak.

  • Dude...hold the door open and let her in first.

  • lol awuh !

there such a cutee couple :)

ii liiked the whole ring part tho ahah

juss forget itt nd runn nd find it . ha ha ohh boiis,

  • now he's gonna blow a load on the pillow his sisters made for him

  • josiah is next in line lol

  • Each soul must follow his/her own path and I wish Josh and Anna a wonderful life. Her father is a bit much for me though. A parent has authority over his/her minor child because the child is his/her responsibility. The husband having authority over the wife? A husband and a wife are a team; in it to win it!

I do wonder which of the Duggar children will revolt against their parents. One of them will!

  • @Padmepotter4986 My step-daughter married a pracher with beliefs similar to the Duggars, and they have four children (all their names start with the first letter, but i won't say which one for privacy) and Hubby and I are wondering about rebellion too. He always says that "Preacher's children often have the most fun." haha

  • @Padmepotter4986 i'm thinking jessa. she seems a litte bit more free-spirited.

  • Just thinking about that movie wedding crashers... they'd never crash this one.. lol

  • Nice of him to throw cake on that girl.. agressive much??

  • Hey did yo usee how fast they drove away

I am sure this Josh is dying to nail Anna ahahhahaah

  • Poor Erin Bates. She's, like, 18, and she's dressed like her 2-year old sister.

  • @BohemianTonks89 OMG No kidding, how humiliating, but those girls have been told what to do and how to dress all their lives, so why should that change now?

They are as bad as fundamentalist Mormons.

  • those two because they are following the bible's plan for authority will be TRULY happy because it is a spiritual principal. most of the commentators here naturally are at enmity with this because they do not believe and are thus separated from God spiritually, so being controlled by the sin nature their spiritual father is satan who is rebellion--the result-- never being truly happy and no peace.

  • @turquoise770 if you love your wife that much as it says that husbands should love their wives as jesus loves the church, the husband should never make the woman feel under him. infact jesus came as a servant to his people and came very humble. soo ... i dont think any man should give any woman any order, or tell her what to do...

  • @turquoise770

a very broad statement on a large sum people. there are just as many unhappy christians as there are ulterior religions. in all actuality these two may not end up the happiest of couples because they know next to nothing about each other.

  • Wow. Crab salad sandwiches, 'grape juice,' and no dancing. Um...wow. Duggars know how to party...?

BTW, Mr. Keller just needs to be quiet. He's such a sexist it's not even funny. Ironic he had only daughters. No, not ironic. Cruel. An the 'grape juice' comment? Um, these people are supposed to take the Bible literally...'grape juice?' Goes to show you how 'conveniently selective' these people are.

  • @BohemianTonks89 oh man I couldn't agree more!!! The grape juice comment is what got me!

  • @BohemianTonks89 selective? absolutely not. You need to research in Bible times. It was not wine. it was grape juice fermented and mixed with water. It was a small amount that would not cause anyone to become drunk, but it was enough to take the bacteria out of the water. At the wedding it would've been a little stronger, but still not actual wine that they would get drunk on. He's solid in his believes

  • @BohemianTonks89 I saw a video once of Anna's family and there were a few boys in the line up so im geussing they are her brothers? also the bible totally says wine NOT grape juice so i have no idea how they have come up with that one!!!!!!

  • My husband and I didn't save our first kiss for our wedding but we did stay pure, and as far as "easing into it" as someone said, it really isn't necesary, even if you have been raised modestly. My husband was 18 and I was 19 when we tied the knot and our son was born 13 months later, our 2 year anniversary is coming up, whee!

  • Amy, seriously?! Who jumps in on someone when they're cutting their WEDDING CAKE! She's obviously been taking Michael Scott's how-to-get-all-the-attention-at-someone-else's-wedding-and-be-completely-obnoxious-in-the-process lessons.

  • @shannonsamuelc I know, it was rude of her to butt in, then it was super rude of him to throw cake at here, total misplaced agression.

  • Anna's dress is so pretty. If I get married, I would like to have a dress similar to that. I personally think that simple is prettier than overly fancy.

  • @CdnGlenwood Listen to the vows earlier in the show! Thats proof enough that women are considered beneath men! Anna must make her vows to Josh, but Josh doesn't make his vows to Anna, he makes them to God! And listen to that chauvenistic jerk Mr. Keller talk about how a wedding is the 'transfer of authority' from father to husband. Nope. A wedding is a 'transfer of authority' as opposed to a commitment and exchange of love/vows. Because women cant exist without a man to care for her!

  • @BohemianTonks89 : Mr Keller is gay and he hates women.

  • ugly wedding cake is ugly.

  • How come no one has noticed how tightly closed Annas lips were when she kissed Josh, there was no love no passion. How very sad.

  • @mycrazynan so on your first kiss you just went in there with the tongue? she was probably sooooo nervous, i would've done the same and kept the open mouthed exploring kisses for later...

  • Oh no, I did'nt expect anything so vulgar, just a nice pouty mouth kiss, Even when you kiss a child on the cheek you pout your lips, so its soft and loving, not hard and unyeilding. I'm looking at the big picture, these marriages are arranged don't you know. She's young & what about a nice job for her or education & friends, normal experiences. No, she is stuck under a Duggar for the rest of her life. I feel very sorry for her, woman are not equal to men in that religion.

  • @mycrazynan

I know! She even adopts the "by used save the difference" motto.

  • I think Josh is a fast talking shifty little prick and he will be a bigger conman than Jimbob.

  • not true. women are equal to men just different. Christ died for men and women and saved the women caught in adultery from death. Get the facts straight. He tells men to love their wives as Christ loved the church.

  • What I think you are talking about here is according to the bible. I am talking about the religion that Jimbob Duggar follows, OR made up himself. In this particular religion, women are not equal, their role in life is to be fruitfull & take care of,and obey their husband just like Michelle has done. And this Duggar show has nothing to do with religion, it's all about the money. They keep having children to get another season out of the show.

  • @mycrazynan Maybe she didn't want a job...and Anna has a college degree in Christianity. Plus she has friends. That's what I want for my life. I'm in school persuing a Bachelors in nursing but after I get married I plan on being a SAHM. It not only has to do with my religious beliefs, but also my culture. I'm Southern to the core :-D

  • @nikkayx333 If you wish to be a SAHM fine, but maybe you shouldn't be taking away a spot in nursing school. Someone who plans on actually practicing could probably use it.

  • @Vydio Well I plan on using my degree, I don't have any prospects of a boyfriend or husband anytime soon so I'm pretty sure I'll be getting use out of my degree for a while. Lol

  • @mycrazynan in that religion? in 99% of all religions, woman are inferior/not equal to men. religion was buildt by men who wanted to controll a mass, an uneducated mass of people who needed to be controlled to keep the population in check, much like parents make rules/punishments for their children. this made living very comfortable for the rich, powerfull, controlling 1% of the population. the sadest part is that today, not much has changed. and its easiest to see this in the american society.

  • awh thats a cute episode! had a little trouble on part 4, however... i just love josh and how sweet and innocent he is!

  • I don't know how sweet and innocent he is, if you google Josh Dugger molestation, the impression I get is that he did some practicing on his poor sisters, and as far as I know, none of the Duggars have come out and refuted this story. Things are not always as they appear on television.

  • That pillow is creepy. I mean, maybe if you were 12 and had a crush...

  • I know but Anna's sister got it. it is not like they got it themselves

  • @mutipleblessings

Yes, but getting a creeper pillow as a gift doesn't justify using it regularly. And on a random note, I thought Jinger got it for Josh.

  • in the episode when they were planning their wedding susanna said her sister (anna) gave it to josh

  • @bxbrand1 I think the pillow is sweet, and vise versa if you were 12 and had a crush... that would be WAAAAY creepier...

  • What surprised me is that they threw the garter. That seems a bit too much for a family that puts such an emphasis on modesty and everything.

  • i know i was surprised too!

  • I know these are loving and respectful and very conservative families, it still made my skin crawl to hear one man give authority of a woman to another man, and a woman submit to anothers authority in all things. Their wedding kiss looked so awkward but they seemed to have worked it out during the reception. Still glad they took the DVD with them though. I think the bride and her maids looked as beautiful as any I've seen, demure and elegant. I wish you happy, healthy long lives. x

  • i can definately see ur point to a degree..however have u really taken a look at who runs the duggar household..well jimbob's and michelles? im pretty sure its her with the controll

  • haha i totally agree..as cute as it all was i could never include that in my vows

  • yeahh haha i dont think my husband is going to sing to me!!!

  • Yes that bumittin part also made me feel that way

great comment, I agree with everything you say

  • @Rachaelj1975 Well, I actually agree with that entirely. For me, it might not happen at the alter but as a Christian woman, I am called to submit to my husband. It's not just a reallllly conservative Christian thing. It should be observed.

  • @PumpkinPie89 but your husband is also supposed to submit to you and love you as christ loved the church. people tend to ignore that part.

  • Comment removed

  • @tranurse I'd say they are both ignored by society these days, don't you think?

  • @PumpkinPie89 probably, but people, men, are so keyed into the wife submitting, especially in the southern baptist church. they ignore the part about men doing the same. i was a bad southern baptist, i don't think a man is better than me, because he is a man. i refuse to believe that. there were women ministers in the bible also, deborah, and dorcas and priscilla come to mind. we are supposed to be partners, and work together. one isn't supposed to rule over the other.

  • @tranurse Well you can't say just because the southern baptist church keys in on that that the whole Church does. And those woman weren't ministers by the way. And I disagree. Men are meant to be the authority in the relationship. They are the leaders. They don't "rule" over us. But we are to follow their lead.

  • @PumpkinPie89 i don't agree, but that is neither here nor there. i want to be a partner, not subservient. we are supposed to lead each other, be evenly yoked. there were women ministers, in the early church. i don't think it matters what gender you are, if you are called to minister, you are called to minister. i'm actually episcopalian now, i married one and joined the church. i just refuse to admit that a man is better than me, due to his gender. he isn't.

  • @tranurse How is being submissive and being led being a subservient? And where in my argument did I say a man is better than a woman? You're a taking all that I am saying out of context. If you want believe that woman can be ministers and desregard what the Bible says then fine. But I never said that a man is better than a woman. If you want to continue this conversation, then you can send a pm.

  • @PumpkinPie89 And no, there were NOT women ministers in the early church. Not ones that were approved of. Name one.

  • I think it was a little weird how much emphasis they put on the 'sexual' part of their marriage. I mean...honestly, I would've really expected better things from them, not so much blatant talk about the wedding night. But I don't know. Maybe they felt it was alright since they were married.

  • why so weird? afterall that is a very expected thing on a wedding night...and for 2 kids whove never done it...its gotta be like being let loose in a candy store lol....

  • congratulations!!!

  • can anyone upload mackynzies birth

  • LMAO

  • The dress was two shades of white.. lol nah but still im sure he needed to help her with all those damn buttons.. I think my dress will have just ribbon to tie it on.,.

  • @iamegggirl lolol

  • They make a cute couple!

  • i cant wait to thier daughter gets here mackynzie is a beautiful name i love j&a

  • Guess what? Their daughter Mackynzie Renee was born two nights ago (Oct. 8).

I knew she'd born be early.

  • yeah she is so adorable as well

  • and mackynzie was born on maddy and cara gosslens birthday so two famous tlc familys have the same birthday

  • She looked really beautiful!

  • lol i love anna and josh

  • By the end it's very clear that they're horny. ;)

  • Yeah, sad, though. Two horny kids who barely know each other.

  • Well I don't know if they barely know each other... but still... it's got to be scary to go right to sex right after the first kiss... seems they should ease into it, considering how they waited.

  • and not to mention having your first child on the way with in months

  • Yeah, they are a year married now, but I think she and Josh announced their pregnancy between February or April. (The episode, however, of that announcement was aired much later.)

I hope her daughter's birth goes smoothly. Can't wait. :)

  • Yet no one bats an eyelash if 16 year olds who aren't married have sex after knowing each other for a week or two and holler it's perfectly normal and ok, but when a couple waits until their wedding night after they knew each other for a couple years, saving all that for their wedding night isn't ok.

  • I didn't say it isn't okay... but if they just KISSED for the first time on their wedding day, wouldn't it make more sense for them to wait a few weeks before having sex, to make the transition smoother, rather than just jumping into it?

  • Very unusual for couples our ages to wait a year and a half before getting married and saving sex for the wedding night. We didn't save the kissing, but then we really had to keep it limited.

  • They knew each other for a couple years.

  • I see. A couple of years is better than nothing, but still a bit too short, in my opinion. :/

  • I dunno. My husband and I dated a year and a half before getting married. We are married 7 years now.

  • And we were 29 and 39 when we got married.

  • And who isn't at their wedding?
