Yes I can. The threshold for the president is "high crimes and misdemeanors." Bill Clinton lied to congress - that was a crime and he was held accountable for it. George Bush lied regarding intelligence about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction - 4,000 US solders are dead and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis are dead yet there is no accountability.
