I wanted to get fallout for the PC because it doesn't have online like Cod or halo.

I just bought an HDX16t, and it's insane. I can play Crysis on very high with shaders on medium, or very high with modded texture/distance in cvars, and very smoothly.

I have the P7550, GT130M and 4GB RAM

Well it depends on the game really some games like for example Fallout 3 on medium look better than 360 while some games do not. Also the reason it said press LB like it was on the Xbox is because I was using an Xbox controller good catch.

hey i was just wondering, i recently purchased a hdx 18t with a quad q9000 2.0ghz processor and most games like crysis for example say the minum requirement is 2.2ghz on a core2 duo,however it says nothing about a quad. will someone please let me kno if a quad 2ghz is better than a dual 2.2ghz processor. or if my quad can run it at all

Yes quad is faster than dual. You have 4 processors we only have 2. So yours should run Crysis way better.

your 2.0 ghz quad core is like having four 2ghz processors in one computer...so virtually you have one 8ghz processor (so to speak)...however, a 3.0ghz dual core processor may perform better than your 2.0ghz quad core because of the raw power behind 3.0ghz....your quad core will run crysis fine though.......what you should be more worried about is your video card...if you got the nvidia gt 130m with 1gig of vram in your pc you will be able to run it on med/high settings @ 720p

i own an hdx 18t with a dual core 3.06 ghz processor and the nvidia gt 130m (1gig vram)...i also have 4gig ddr3 and vista home premium 64 bit.......it is a very similiar computer to yours...i run crysis on 60% very highsettings, 35% high settings, and 5% medium settings @720p...i recieve about 25-30fps throughout most of the game...towards the end of the game i have to crank down the resolution though because of the large fights

Well since you have 1Gb more than me an additional 512 MBs of ram....I'd say it should run it a lot smoother than mine.

Yes if not better. My processors are a bit faster 2.8 but you got more ram and more video memory so you should be able to play it a lot smoother than me.

Yes, and yes again for BF2. I've played BF2 on this thing with everthing set on absolute highest settings.
