My rsx is fast, and would kill the g35 off the top, but the g35 would come around on me fa sure before the quarter mile.. even with a bad driver. That rsx is either turbocharged or supercharged without a doubt! but head to head those cars are still a great race! dyno'd my car at 237fwhp with a few engine and exhaust mods stock g35 has a standard 280rwhp.

You can run 13.9 with an Infiniti G35 stock and RSX-S is 14.5 stock at best. So, any mods (even more an engine swap) done on a car can make a huge difference.
Yea, no G35 will run under a 14 stock, unless you take all the excess weight off lol..But stock to stock, a G35 would beat a Type S if both had good drivers.
No, the RSX has a 2 step. It sounds like its bouncing off the rev limiter but the ecu holds the RPM's at the perfect range for a perfect launch everytime. Its also modded good to run those #'s
The driver of the RSX knows how to jump his car really well, apparently he has the RPM's and Clutch pressure necessary to make a quick jump well learned, being in many races and knowing your car will do that for you, the guy in the G should learn that because that car is capable of running 13.9 - 14.0 stock. Other than that it's a good job done on the RSX as it is apparently N/A, it seems to be well rounded.
No, the G is just way to heavy. If you own one like I do, you would know this. Plus the G has no torque to make up for the weight of the car. The G coupe weighs more than the G Sedan... That tells you something...
My car is Not stripped its a full interior RSX Type-S weighing 2800lbs w/ me in it. As far as mods go its just an Honda Accord Engine(K24a4) swap w/ bolt ons and tuning. Made 201whp on the dyno. Nothing crazy. Just a really good driver and a great reaction time. Thats it.

for all of you honda haters that think g35's are faster think about the power to weight ratio for goodness sakes... and stop saying the G35 was "clearly" stock because if you listen closely the g35 had atleast an exhaust as stock g35's does not sound that aggressive or even that loud fyi... kseries for the win.. stop hating end of story.. i've deal with both cars on a regular basis and also a 350z.. g35 coupes are just heavy PERIOD.. oh yea handling sucks too.. looks good though i give it that.

Both good reliable cars. Unlike anything from America. I am more of a German car guy but Japan puts out realiable 200k mile cars all day long aswell. Chevy and Ford are crap.

@fabjonjon Wait a second here bud. I own a 325Ci and I must say its a fantastic car and I will never go back to American. BUT, my previous car was a 2003 Chevy Impala(ex-police) and that car was as reliable as any car including the BMW. It had 330K miles on it when I traded it in.

I love how all the G drivers on this post are making excuses for the G driver in the video. Even if he did have a better start, or the car had a better driver. The G would have still lost the RSX-S was just faster in general.

@n1tr0z Google KMOD RSX. 12's no prob. I'm building a new set-up for 2010. My old (13.48 1/4mile) set-up was just a Honda Accord engine w/ bolt-ons and tuning. My new set-up should make like 70-80more WHP. plenty enough to get my car into the 12's. Hope you can drive, i'm a killer on the tree. You'll see-watch my video vs a Lambo Gallardo. KMOD RSX FTW

@n1tr0z Ok you wanna go boosted, I'll bring my other car. Google KMOD CRX- thats my other car- low boost, on drag radials on my old set-up went 12.0 @120. More power this yr, Slicks and full boost low 10's to high nines. Also building a 600hp 408 LS3 for my girlfriends Blazer Extreme truck- mid 11's.(our tow vehicle) If you want to set something up let me know. If i ever get a chance to finish these projects. New videos coming as soon as i Get back to the track.

Yea man Power to weight is the key here, regardless of how much more power nissan has, Honda owns everyone for high power small displacment Na motors, but nissan and their Neo vvl is pretty much on par with vtec, i have a nissan with a sr20ve and does quite well against my h22a accord, certainly whoops the toyota's vvtli engine

the reason why most of these videos have dunce cap drivers is because about half of the people at a track who are driving daily drivers are not professional drag racers. notice how his vids dont show all those supped up muscle cars or stripped down evo's that you normally see. cars so fast they need wheelie bars to keep them from looping. what you never been to a track to notice that a lot of people are just there to see what they can do and prob won't come back because it was a one time thing..

You can run 13.9 with an Infiniti G35 stock and RSX-S is 14.5 stock at best. So, any mods (even more an engine swap) done on a car can make a huge difference.

No, the RSX has a 2 step. It sounds like its bouncing off the rev limiter but the ecu holds the RPM's at the perfect range for a perfect launch everytime. Its also modded good to run those #'s

The driver of the RSX knows how to jump his car really well, apparently he has the RPM's and Clutch pressure necessary to make a quick jump well learned, being in many races and knowing your car will do that for you, the guy in the G should learn that because that car is capable of running 13.9 - 14.0 stock. Other than that it's a good job done on the RSX as it is apparently N/A, it seems to be well rounded.

No, the G is just way to heavy. If you own one like I do, you would know this. Plus the G has no torque to make up for the weight of the car. The G coupe weighs more than the G Sedan... That tells you something...

My car is Not stripped its a full interior RSX Type-S weighing 2800lbs w/ me in it. As far as mods go its just an Honda Accord Engine(K24a4) swap w/ bolt ons and tuning. Made 201whp on the dyno. Nothing crazy. Just a really good driver and a great reaction time. Thats it.
