You can but I don't think it'd look half as good ^^; Bleach gives you vibrant colors and the streak/highlight would look more precise!

Hi I tried this hair tutorial. When watching your vids i'm like yeah that'll be easy, in reality OMG so hard. My braids looked so ugly I had to do them about 8 times before i was happy. I completed it but it didn't look so good on me as i don't have bangs and my layers have grown out too much. Well thanks anyway!

A tip: I used to have braces (IM FREE NOW!!!) and at one point I had to use those little rubber band things...and I got WAY more than I should have. BUT, they have use. I use them to tie any small braids I do.
