Eric Braeden truly deserved his Star. He is a great actor.& for 30yrs, His character Victor Newman hasnt changed much & isnt a pussy whipped man he gets things done & he's the villain we all love to hate but also deep down, we secretly cheer for. Too many men on TV are made to look like fools over a woman. CBS & Sony knew they'd lose a lot if they didnt do right by Eric Braeden who gave 30 yrs & made Y&R #1 for 22+ yrs. He seems to be a grounded,Honorable family man, well respected by his peers.

Love Eric Braeden, Ken Norton, and George Kennedy. I've been watching Braeden since Combat! in the 60s. He's still doing well. Unfortunately, Ventura and Norton look like they've been roughed up a bit too much in their professions. Sad.

I like Eric. I was very happy to meet nim at the BWI Airport in 2005... I was a little drunk but he put up with me and was gracious. I was truly hoping that he would have my conservative persuasion, but...no matter. A good man and a tribute to tenacity and rugged individualism (although he won't esouse it).
