ferret wagging tail

i got three ferrets and my little female beatrix is the only one who does this when she plays. especially with the toobies. i looked it up and it means she thinks something cool is gonna happen. had ferrets since 86 and she is the only one who ever did this.

OMG! Smokey (one of our ferrets) just wagged his tail just like this looking through the tunnel at Bandit. Usually they only wag their tails at the dog but never to each other, so this was a first. Mine do it quite frequently.

ferrets wag their tails when they get excited. 4 out of 5 of my ferrets wag their tails. The other one is old and doesn't play much anymore.

At the local ferret shop one particular ferret started wagging her tail when I spoke to her in the cage. The owner said she's the only one who does that. It was very cute!

My ferret JUST did this for the first time a few minutes ago, it was so cute! I never seen my friend's old ferret do this, so I was worried that he was angry or something, but it's a huge relief that he wasn't. C: So adorable!

It's amazing how they look SOOO much like my ferrets, Bonnie and Clyde, AND THEY LOVED GOING THROUGH A TUBE THING JUST LIKE THAT TOO! The only diffrence is that Clyde (my sable) it the one who wags his tail.

My ferret, Lyla, does it when I play a specific game with her! She runs in her tube, and I have a cat teaser toy, and I run it along the outside of the tube, and she runs after it inside the tube, and she wags her tail so bad she makes the whole tube shake! LOL! I'll try to film it too one day! It's halarious!

actuatlly yes, a ferret wagging its tail is quite rare. they usually dont go for that behavior

My baby ferret Bella does it. I've only seen it twice when she's the most hyper. Her and my cat Gracie are playmates and when they really get going-don't worry the cat only pins the ferret down and licks her-Bellas tail and almost her entire butt seems to wiggle. Its hilarious!
