Just saw them in Atlanta! AWESOME. I see all the Led Zeppelin/Doors/Foghat comparisons in other posts, and since we had not heard them before last night, the same bands were mentioned as we watched them play. But man, these guys rock their own way ultimately. You can hear the influences these guys have had, and they take it and run making their own music! And brilliant music it is..... ROCK ON!! We are certainly Rival Sons' fans now after last nights killer performance!
Just saw these guys tonight at LJC in clemson (opening for Evanescense) and they rocked the house...got to meet them afterwards, a great bunch of down to earth Musicians...made time for all the Fans!! @TheAsdffaaa Zeppelin, yawn. Hip hop bands, metal bands etc can all sound exactly alike - EXACTLY. But straight rock "sounds like?..." Zeppelin "influenced all rock n roll that came after it" blah we know. You might mean well but can't we all live and let rock?

@bennyrealdeal if the Doors had a song like this, Jim Morrison might still be alive. Doors made me want to shoot myself in the eye (in a good way). wDoors song didn't have keyboards? Ummm, none! Go to the hip hop station - that stuff really does sound alike, go! it'll be like Disney Land! gzzz music is like a foreign language to likes of you, give it up before you say something stupid, like, "I love pineapples in my ass" to a customs agent.
