I meant nothing bad, as this is truth. But it sounds too utopian if its meant for real and not as another spin to get us back to the same "factories", "authorities" and "ideals" of 19th and 20th century, this time in adorable conformist package.

Using present and near future technology to dismantle this leviathan sounds more realistic and promising. Premises need to be reformulated from the root.

What percentage of mentally healthy population would work for firms selling garbage (artificially fabricated consumer society), lawyer firms defending corporations, marketing, state propaganda, gambling industry (casinos and banks).. and those are 85% of jobs left in developed hemisphere.

Is it any better when my "boss" tells me that I need to start writing some more spins concerning Afghanistan occupation or swine flu (avoiding big pharma), but taps me on my back and asks me how my mother is?

you're putting words in my mouth and at the same time defending zeitgeist relentlessly which takes all your time away from thinking objectively and self-criticising and asking all the right questions! well, you think a resource based economy as outlined by these people are good? heh. i think it's bullshyt. it can only fool laymen. their agendas are not totally clear, but i got a feeling they're up to no good. read theosophy.

fyi, i'm not a supporter of the yankee capitalism system hegemony as it is now. i'm pretty much against it probably just like yourself. but to be a sheep is just as bad. think with your own mind. reason!
