I own the 2.5l gasoline version of this car... I like it pretty well so far. The plastics don't bother me, but I actually did notice that seam by the instrument cluster. as far as the clutch It was easy for me to get used to, but then the only other MT cars I've had experience with (aside from learning on a saab) were a VW beetle and an audi a4... the feel with this car is about the same.
great review eric. But I just can't get onboard w/ the acceptance of the poor interior in this generation. not because of the plastix (yeah right) but because the style is very lacking. Not unlike the exterior. Extremely uninspiring. I do however applaud their continual push for diesels in this market. That alone would be almost enough to persuay me...... :)
