  • It works on my single core too.

  • can it run on 2 gigs of ram and nividia g force graphics card intel core duo processor

  • @IceInferuno

2 gigs is enough ram, and a dual core is all you need. I upgraded to a triple core and experimented by turning off cores, dual is enough. You didn't specify which Nvidia card you have though. Generally, as long as you have a gaming card(not a general purpose card) and stick to the resolution that card was designed for you should be alright.

Example: Nvidia 210 and 220? Not gaming cards. Nividia 240 and 250 are gaming cards, meant for ~1280x1024 resolution.

  • can i run it on 2 gigs of ram and a nividia g force graphics card ?????

  • would this run on a

    Windows 7

    amd phenom ii x6 1035t

    XFX HD 5450

    6gb ram

  • @thesanvichhobo o yeah for sure

  • You didn't mention your videocard. I can tell you that this game's performance will improve with a dual core. I played it with this single core, then using the same 5450 videocard(pci-ex) but with a triple core and the framerate doubled.

  • I got a pentium 4 andw 3.40 ghz and would it work with that card! i dont have it but

  • Plz note that New Vegas is smaller and VERY VERY well made. it takes less to run the game then falllout3. if you could run fallout3 you can run new vegas with atleast 10~5 FPS higher. if you barely could run fallout 3 like 5 fps... you might get 10 or 15 fps in new vegas.

  • for a single core it did a epic job

  • Can I run it on an amd 3.00 ghz X3 6 gigs of ddr3 and dual 9400gt 1gb cards?

  • @jimmybgreat ummmm yea you can dumb question

  • my pc...

    i have pentium 4 3.00 ghz (2 cpus)

    nvidea 8400gs 1.5 gb

    4gb RAM

can i run it with no lag

  • Dude DX11 vieo card and P4? youre insane

  • looks un-playable

  • Can I run this on a P4 3ghz HT with 2gigs of ram and a 8500gt 512mb

  • can i run it on 2 gb ram dual core 2.0 ghz nvidia 8600 ?

  • If I can run Fallout 3 with 25-30 FPS on a Pentium 4 and a Geforce 9600 GT, can I do the same with New Vegas?

  • @kill2565

Yes. My experience is that New Vegas is the same, in performance, as Fallout 3. There may be some performance glitches, but that's due to bugs and/or whatever updates Obsidian made to the engine. They are known for making good games, but buggy games. So if you're looking for a Fallout game with even better graphics this game is not it, but that means if you know how Fallout 3 runs on your system then you know how New Vegas will run on your system.

  • @flibber123 Thanks! Buying it.

  • @kill2565 pentium 4 and 9600gt?are you dumb?

  • @slyper8 Actually not anymore, now I have a dual core :)

  • @kill2565 good idea! :)

  • thx for video, but is it worthed to play? it just look like Fallout 3...D:

  • @aconda47

It IS Fallout 3...with a different story made by Obisdian and they have a way with doing these games. Look into their past games to see :)

  • 7 - 27 FPS? i can get 30 FPS on Pentium IV and a 9600 GT o-o

  • @fumishi018

5450 is not a gaming videocard, it is similar to a 9400 in performance, so your 9600 should be a much faster card. I got this card for its home theater abilities though.

  • Sorry for the english, I'm from Brazil. Thank you for

video you did, I was curious to know if

the game was running on Pentium 4. The character also appears that

is sliding instead of walking? If you put the textures in

medium or low, the game runs fine (my settings are

    virtually the same)?

  • @vitorbastos01

It looks a little smoother when you play. Running Fraps to record makes it look worse than it is. So the running looks a bit better than in this video, but also they did change the running animations. There is already a mod to change the running animations back to Fallout 3 style. I will record and upload a new video today, showing low settings.
