Dunno if you know over in the US but since 2.2... I forget, perhaps 1, you can pinch for overview (like Sense) on the home screen but also inside the Application drawer.
You can also tap and hold the notification bar and drag your finger left or right to adjust screen brightness if you are not using automatic brightness.
I've since moved onto a Nexus S but TW3 has quite a few hidden tricks and short-cuts which I miss. Hold Volume Up while listening to music for the track to be read out (etc)!
