What is happening is Tali is playing BOTH teammate's parts since Kaidan disappeared. Obviously, the voice actress playing her read for both parts and the game was programmed to play one or the other depending on the squad configuration. Since Kaidan disappeared due to the glitch, the game responded by having her do both roles by default. An interesting glitch that I have not encountered myself.

@TriLink12 If it helps the confusion, the game is programmed to allow ANY party member to speak "the part" no matter what two members you have. The voice actress for Tali actually did recordings for both parts, just in case you picked her as party member A or B. Somehow when Kaidan disappeared, I guess that game thought that Member A=Tali and Member B=Tali also. It is weird... Also, I just now noticed her voice acting was no where near as consistent in ME1 as it was in ME2. Interesting find tho
