XPS 16 model offers the tv out option, not sure about the 13, i'm surprised you didnt have the RGBLED option, but i know since i purchase mine (due 30th March) that the specifications were upgraded at the beginning of 2010
I think that T.V. antenna is a U.K. market only thing, I didn't see any option that might even indicate one in that long list of things your order consists of after placing the order. Unfortunate too because something like that would've really helped me rationalize this laptop a bit better. Also i'm sad no RGBLED option on mine :[
