What did you do about your o2 sensor's and CEL light when you had this setup?  Did you lose any power or fuel milage? Im doing this to my new 2003 5.4 F150 tomorrow.

my cel never came on and just put the o2 sensors back into the new pipe and no power loss but milage a little

whats your set up? i have one similar with only two cats. but is it x pipe? h pipe? or what? mufflers?

yes it did i have since put in a magnaflow dualin/dualout muffler and 5 inch tips

did you take the 2 cats off yourself or bring it some where if you did how hard was it i got an 01 that is true dualed and i wanna make it louder

i had the local muffler shop do it i know a guy that works there but if you have any kind of exhaust laws you WILL get pulled over it made my truck the loudest truck in the town, so i have 2 glasspacks on now its still really really loud but i can actually keep it quite, i make a video today

i dont think we do cause a buddy has a 97 silverado true dualed with no cats or mufflers and no one bothers him so i may try it it sounds nice

mine is by far louder with more cackle, but with the high flows you can actually keep it quite when needed which you cant do with mine

you had 2 1/4" exhaust and 4" tips here didnt you?

So did you just cut the back 2 off and leave the front 2 on or did you cut all 4 off and put in 2 high flows? Does it pop and crackle like that all the time or just when its cold? How much louder is it now compared to 4 stock cats and true duals?

I just took the rear 2 off and it pops and crackles the whole time, but it was way too loud i got pulled over when i pasted a cop i even let off the pedal and waited a til he was down the road and took off again and he turned around and got me, so i put 2 glass packs on now its got a nice tone but i can make it really loud when i want too

So it will crackle no matter how warm the pipes are? Will it do it under normal acceleration or do you have to get on it pretty good? Dont guess you remember bout what rpm it started to crackle after the pipes were warm?

when i had all 4 cats on it wouldnt start to crackle til about 3800 but with the 2 cats off i could take off from a stoplight and at about 1800-2000 it would be REALLY loud i man louder than when i floored it with all 4 cats on and from idle and up its ungodly loud

Wonder what the sound difference would be between just leaveing the front 2 on like you have here compared to cutting all 4 off and putting 2 new high flows on like magnaflow's?

it sounds really nice, buddy of mine has it done his truck is the teal f150 in my MANKATO MUD DRAGS video you cant really hear it but you can still tell what it would sound like

So in person which one do you think is louder and pops and crackles more? Just 2 pre cats or just 2 high flows?
