what i see here is a spoof. you may be able to hide the person in the wheelchair but no the shadow. also at the very begining you see what looks like light reflections right in front

First off, there is a lens glare on the bottom right of the screen at the beginning in a triangular formation, indicating that some sort of door was opened or something was moved off-screen before any of the movement begins. Secondly, the front wheel of the wheelchair moves first, and if a person were in the chair moving it, it would be the back wheels moving first, as that is how a wheelchair is operated by the person sitting in it.

Fake, in that chairs shadow you can see someone's shadow and when the lockers open and close you can see their arms.

I would like to call fake due to the fact that if you look at the shadow you can clearly make out someone is in the chairs shadow. As thou their sitting in the chair it self. Also it becomes more apparent when the lockers start opening and close it's more apparent someone is mimicking these effects.

Pretty good job although I can tell it was a set up. when the left front wheel of the chair is being manipulated you see a light glare. As it moves you can see that from the left side of the camera placement is a bright light showing from left to right.

It can't be moved with a string you say because handicapped people need two hands to move it... Well, brainiac, that is because they are wheeling it WHILE SITTING IN THE WHEELCHAIR!!!

Okay, two things to all viewers and commenters:

1) if this was fake (i.e. - wind, string, etc.) I still doubt the lockers would close at different times and so steadily. plus, I don't think it's easy to move a wheelchair with string. remember, handicapped people use TWO hands to move it. How could someone do it with string?

2) the way the wheelchair moved - again, not easily done with string. this is pretty convincing IMO.

besides, it could be someone's garage. POSSIBLE!!!
