Bowies version - the original - was raw, about someones perceived if maybe not entirely convincing rebellion and good! This version is so establishment and smooth it's totally wrong for the song although I appreciate the tribute to Bowie. It's not ironic. It's bland, mediocre dross. Sorry guys.
