Sabine is somehow the "anti-stig", while he never talks, she never stops talking :)

The stig is like Claudia Huertgen, somehow. She does not talk very much and is an excellent driver - afaik she sometimes bet Sabine on the ring. I want to underline that I don't want to say that Claudia has to do anything with the stig.

@EliteSlayer542 the engine is very SIMILAR, but that's cos Audi built the Gallardo's engine so bits of it are the same, but it's not the same engine, it's more like an RS6 engine without the turbochargers

Gallardo is older than S8. Audi originally created this engine for Lamborghini and later took that engine and modified it for S6 and S8. The reason behind this is simple - Audi had more advanced engine technologies; in this case it was namely FSI direct fuel injection system.

The fact is that this engine was originally for Gallardo. It doesn't matter who engineered it :) The level of sharing technologies and resources in VW Group is sometimes incredible...

@hoboness202 The gallardo has an audi's S8. Audi claims that its engine is the lamborghinis though, in order to advertise their other company. lamborghini, but it also sounds better to say that the R8 HAS A LAMBORGHINI ENGINE THAN AN s8 ENGINE.

Originally, it was supposed to have the Audi V10 with twin turbos but both prototypes overheated, caught fire and were completely burnt up during testing. Later Lamborghini offered their V10 but it was long after this.
