We have to know EVERYTHING- like parts of the pelvis and scapula. Every single bone, landmark, how to palpate them, every muscle, how it works and what works with it, disorders of the body, atoms, cells and molecules (State Medical board says we need to know atoms for some reason.)

My musculoskeletal anatomy class is four hours long first thing in the morning. You get tested for an hour at least every week.
