  • I own a patrol but I dont hold a grudge because he drives a cruiser... But I will say one thing.. Lockers front and rear as well as a set of federal couragia m/t's they work well to most shit. And now a rear bar

  • shoulda bought a patrol

  • another fucktard you cunts are the type that get 4wds banned DICKHEAD!

  • @W3TFART what exactly was he doing that was so bad?

  • @BadLuqq I suppose that mudhole is exactly as nature intended

Live by the motto leave no trace Most national parks etc get shitty when wankers rip tracks up like this and i hate greenies too

  • It's a LANDcruiser. Not a OFF-ROADcruiser.

  • 105 landcruiser

  • Differential is essential...lockers are for $%$%@#@

  • Bumber *

  • There goes the number, now for a rear bar ;)

  • diff locks you would have been set

  • im glad i hope you rot you white swine

  • @Ishobie

Have since played with the suspension a bit.. not quite as high and a detroit in the rear :) plus ton of bar work added since this video too..

    cheers

    Pete

  • Love your truck Mate, I second the lockers, when you have those you don't have to work the truck near as hard - and ups the fun factor, but can up the pucker factor as well:)

  • te falta un bloqueador de diferencial

  • doesnt land cruisers come factory with lockers?

  • @tinktink0921 hahahahahahha i wish

  • whats the diference in mud between the solid axle and the ifs?? Which one is better? why?

  • @TheCesarGuerrero Early 100's came with solid diff as option

  • Bad luck :(

    any diff locks mate?

    cheers!

  • it was a dead troll in there that I was driving over to get out :)

  • should have bought a Patrol.... =)

  • yep sure is, we were there yesterday, see the vid's in this channel, that pit is just easy now, compared to how it is in the video above

  • that pit is so much easier now that the exit has been flatened out a bit

  • its already got the detroit in the rear and I love it.. getting an ARB for the front soonish.. wait till you see the next video, with the new bar work on it :)

    cheers

    pete

  • dude, dont put in detroit lockers in the back, put air in the front as well. ARB make the best lockers out there. detroit lockers are not nearly as good

  • difflock is the way,but u need good tires too,its important.i dont have difflocks,i just put beter tires on my truck and its way beter. toyota 4 runner 1993,but one day i will get some LC.its hard get LC in Canada.

  • nice LC 105

  • good

  • its a 7 inch lift with snake racing arms and long rancho adjustables :)

  • nice SAS, where did u get the life from...too high to be OME

  • whats sas mean i keep reading that in places whats it mean ?

  • Solid Axle Suspension, opposed to Independent Front Suspension(IFS)

  • @TheUnDeRGRouNDHoBo SAS means a solid axle swap, a 100 series has IFS or Independent front suspension but u swapped it obviously, srry it took 6 months to reply

  • @thompsonec7 Early 100's came with solid diff option

  • People spend thousands on tyres and suspensions that are like sky scrapers...

Just buy diff locks and you will go most places.

  • you need traction first buddy

  • Diff locks and good articulation will always get you further than tyres mate.

Tyres are not that crucial for good off roading.

2 vehicles set up the same, one with bald tyres and difflocks and the other with aggresive tyres only... The difflocked vehicle will always go further every time.

Don't believe everything you read in 4wd action magazine mate. They have an agenda to push

Happy 4 wheeling to you :o)

  • cmon if u have no traction because of bad wheels u arent gonna go anywhere yes diff locks are a must but u also need tyres with decent tread like if u get 2 a hill the 1 with no traction will just dig a hole

  • its a work in progress mate.. lockers coming :)

air in the front , detroit in the rear..

    cheers

    Pete

  • @peteslandcruiser4x4 Does the 80 not come standard with front and rear lockers? Our 90 has rear only but I thought 80's came with both. Not that they all work, sometimes if they arnt used they break.

  • @radiostarcountry Sorry I only ralised your landcruiser is a 100 series, not an 80.

  • @radiostarcountry nah, lockers were an option on the 80 series too

  • @peteslandcruiser4x4 Use ARB fron t and rear

  • you do need decent clearance too though, plus with out traction you will stuggle very hard , difflockers or not

  • i agree 100% with u maybe just get a 2 inch lift so u get some more clearance if u have a low 4x4 and even just one lokka in the front thats what i have and now i put most patrols to shame (hilux)

  • Yeh but your maximum clearance is still only to the centre of your tyres (cv/swivel hub)

  • lock the front!

  • Comment removed

  • hahahah im with ya there .... if you changed the badge to a nissan then you would have burnt the clutch out as you went to drive into the mud pit

  • yeah it needs lockers, wanted to try it first without.. and I will again once both front and back are in.. hopefully without so much panel damage this time :)

ps. if it was a nissan, it would most likely have stalled :=)

  • change the badge to nissan and i bet it would make it lol

    pretty cool though

  • umm , change the badge to nissan and I would jump out and ram a toyota into it :)

  • Sweet vid and massive climb to get out of that hole! Couple lockers might have done it or some simexs :-)
