She is a beautiful skater! The COE backwards biellmann spiral was gorgeous and the whole program was fit to the music very well. She didn't do so well here but she won a well-deserved Olympic gold the next year. Japan should be very proud of her =)

Wow... one of my all-time favorite opera arias combined with one of the smoothest, most beautiful skaters ever! Can't get much better than this.

Wow... goosebumps. This is my favourite program of Arakawa's. She always skates with great speed, but this program had so much passion. I loved the backwards COE spiral in catch-foot position, the twizzles in her footwork sequence, and she had the prettiest sideways layback position. Gorgeous!
