I've never heard of an age requirement for an anime convention. No, you don't have to do any kind of skit unless you want to. If you like you can just cosplay, watch other people and take tons of pictures. That's what I did. ^_^

Yea like Ryazoc said usually AMV's with multiple games/animes dont work, it usually takes away the idividuality of it and feels sloppy. But this AMV just went together perfectly. 5/5 Hands Down :D. Great AMV
