Okay dude, a few things, Garchomp was already added to the list of ubers because of the Yache Berry stuff. I do agree he is ridiculously strong. For me counts appearance more than strenght but Garchomp looks pretty badass.
Also a very reliable Pokémon and thats why many people use them.
But even hacked ones can be outsmarted by pretty lame moves. (FEAR this hint rofl...)

Weavile can revenge kill it, Ice Shard Mamoswine can revenge kill it. You can lure it into Outrage and switch Metagross into a locked outrage and OHKO with an ice punch. Garchomp aint uber.

@idiotrun1997 Weavile cannot revenge kill it. Attacking lead Weavile does only 87.6% with ice shard on Garchomp, and ice shard is its only option on Scarfchomp or Garchomp behind substitute.
Metagross takes more than 1/3 of its health from outrage. And no idiot will randomly use outrage. You cannot just simply attempt to lure it into outrage, because all experienced players will be scouting your team before making decisions. Outrage is used as a trump card.
Most know dig.With a good Earthquake and properly EV trained Pokemon,one can OHKO a digging Garchomp.
Remember that Ice type moves are your friends.Even with the items you mentioned,users with great speed holding speed raising items can prevent fainting from a surviving Garchomp.

People just can't understand the fact that Garchomp is just "another" Pokemon.Some claim it as a uber,but the truth is,it is not.The reason that Garchomp is considered a uber is because one kid, just had to be a sore loser and bring myths about Nintendo claiming it as a uber.

when i see garchomps they usually have a choice item (usually band) and use outrage so i just counter using a pokemon with counter and a sash (wynaut)
Garchomp, I actually did some research upon it, and this is what I found out. It's speed is a killer, and it's attack is powerful, or at least mine is. One Dragon Rush, and it faints Pokemon 10-15levels ahead of it, and those Pokemon get no chance to attack because of the speed. I haven't even taught it Draco Meteor yet, and it's the best one on my team. Garchomps are hard to beat, but the best Pokemon to use against it is VERY high speed Ice types and/or Latios/Latias, because of their speed.
I HATE GARCHOMP TOO!!! I'm sooooooooo tired of people using him! Weavile is much better! When you have the right Weavile strategy he won't lose to a Garchomp. And I don't mean Ice punch. ;)
Obiusly weavile is better than a garchomp is the two of them are batling each other, because you're exploting garchomp's 4x weaknesses... But in the rest? Let's see how much your weavile resist against some brutal attacks... He doesn't know how to take hits, and can't OHKO many pokemon, because of attack...
Garchomp is a beast... perfect moveset is: swords dance, fire fang, dragon rush or claw, and earthquake. That one moveset takes out any and all pokemon. Fire fang destroys all ice type that pose a threat, dragon claw or rush rapes dragons, earthquake for those pesky metagross, and swords dance to boost all the power of those attacks. The ultimate Garchomp.
I think Garchomp is a pain cause it is too common in wifi battles, Since overused pokemon always get on everyone's nerves including mine.
Oh and A dragonite with max defence and attack combined with a ninjask raising it's stats before hand and it holding a haban berry makes Garchomp cry XD
Garchomp's nice and all but Normal typre pokemon are NOT to be overlooked. I killed a maxed out Garchomp in 2 hits in the same turn with my Ambipom and 1 with Swellow.

You know very well this is not the Pokemon anime. Miracles don't happen. (apart from crtitical hits.) Even if Magikarp had a godd movepool, what exactly it will do with it? No stats at all. Look at Corsola. It has a very good movepool, can learn Recover, Ingrain, Shadow Ball, Earthquake and Explosion. But has crummy stats so it leaves it in the NU zone... at the very least it does well in the NU zone.
Hey! Everyone! I just found THE BEST Garchomp counter ever! It is.... CLOYSTER!!! Icicle Spear's first hit will break his yache berry protection, nad the remaining for hits will finish him off. And Skill Link Ensures that Icicle Spear strikes 5 times. And Cloyster only takes 30% damage from his STABbed Earthwuake thanks to his massive base 180 defense. Have fun massacring Garchomps, Salamences and Dragonites. They think Yache Berry will save them? Think again...
He would. Unless Garchomp invests in Special Attack, which I really doubt will happen. But Cloyster, on the other hand, always invests in HP and Special Defense.
Using Metalkid's Damage Calculator, I found out that even with max IVs and EVs in sp. def and hp, Cloyster could fall to Draco Meteor from a ChainChomp Garchomp. (Normal ChainChomps invest in Sp. Att, full Sp. Att at that, btw.) Also, the Garchomp could switch, so be Baton Passed a bunch of whatever stat he would need to kill or survive a Cloyster.

Sure, Weavile is Alakazam's biggest worry. Alakazam's best friend is a Thick Fat Hariyama or a Scarfed Heracross because they both can handle Alakazam's counters well. And btw, my Alakazam isn't worried about Sucker Punchers because of Encore. You will have to repeat Sucker Punch again and again... to no avail. While I switch out to another Pokemon and let it use Spikes and Stealth Rock. (Forretress.)

You'll have to force the opponent to lock themselves into outrage--something they will NEVER do unless if they have successfully scouted your team. Outrage is mostly used for late-game sweeping. In the early stages of the match they probably won't ever use outrage--they will be setting up with swords dance, setting up substitutes, etc. Also after a swords dance stone edge OHKOs Cloyster!
3. Using outrage at the start of a match is very common because Garchomp can be OHKO'd with an strong ice type, used as a STAB or not. Attacking Lead Weavile uses Ice Punch. NOT Ice Shard. Outrage delivers more power and usually guarantees 2-3 OHKOs.
4. You NEVER use substitute with a Scarfchomp set. This is stupid and defeats the purpose.
5. Using a scarf locks you into one move just as outrage.

The point of a choice band is to hit any switch-in hard (something else you did not know). This, paired up with sandstorm and stealth rock, 2 very common things in OU (another thing you don't know), makes sure that it can hit any switch in hard. Choice band requires prediction, and that means no one will randomly use outrage unless if they are sweeping late-game.
6. You can clearly state the foolish things as everyone knows that a scarf chomp is a revenge killer, as most choice abusers are.
7. You also state that I think that Garchomp users should use outrage first, WRONG. Clearly, you are to ignorant and blind to read properly.

Well I loved Garchomp ever since I started the game, but I don't use it anymore in Wi-Fi battling anymore. I prefer to use more UU Pokemon now.
Although I still see Tyranitar as a bigger threat than Garchomp, because it can know DDance, and trust me, its very unpleasent to battle one that is already set up.
Anyways, everyone has their opinions on Garchomp; mine toward the liking of Garchomp because its the first Poke I trained properly that actually worked well.

Metagross takes more than 1/3 of its health from outrage. And no idiot will randomly use outrage. You cannot just simply attempt to lure it into outrage, because all experienced players will be scouting your team before making decisions. Outrage is used as a trump card.

Most know dig.With a good Earthquake and properly EV trained Pokemon,one can OHKO a digging Garchomp.
Remember that Ice type moves are your friends.Even with the items you mentioned,users with great speed holding speed raising items can prevent fainting from a surviving Garchomp.

Garchomp, I actually did some research upon it, and this is what I found out. It's speed is a killer, and it's attack is powerful, or at least mine is. One Dragon Rush, and it faints Pokemon 10-15levels ahead of it, and those Pokemon get no chance to attack because of the speed. I haven't even taught it Draco Meteor yet, and it's the best one on my team. Garchomps are hard to beat, but the best Pokemon to use against it is VERY high speed Ice types and/or Latios/Latias, because of their speed.

Garchomp is a beast... perfect moveset is: swords dance, fire fang, dragon rush or claw, and earthquake. That one moveset takes out any and all pokemon. Fire fang destroys all ice type that pose a threat, dragon claw or rush rapes dragons, earthquake for those pesky metagross, and swords dance to boost all the power of those attacks. The ultimate Garchomp.

You know very well this is not the Pokemon anime. Miracles don't happen. (apart from crtitical hits.) Even if Magikarp had a godd movepool, what exactly it will do with it? No stats at all. Look at Corsola. It has a very good movepool, can learn Recover, Ingrain, Shadow Ball, Earthquake and Explosion. But has crummy stats so it leaves it in the NU zone... at the very least it does well in the NU zone.

Hey! Everyone! I just found THE BEST Garchomp counter ever! It is.... CLOYSTER!!! Icicle Spear's first hit will break his yache berry protection, nad the remaining for hits will finish him off. And Skill Link Ensures that Icicle Spear strikes 5 times. And Cloyster only takes 30% damage from his STABbed Earthwuake thanks to his massive base 180 defense. Have fun massacring Garchomps, Salamences and Dragonites. They think Yache Berry will save them? Think again...

Using Metalkid's Damage Calculator, I found out that even with max IVs and EVs in sp. def and hp, Cloyster could fall to Draco Meteor from a ChainChomp Garchomp. (Normal ChainChomps invest in Sp. Att, full Sp. Att at that, btw.) Also, the Garchomp could switch, so be Baton Passed a bunch of whatever stat he would need to kill or survive a Cloyster.

Sure, Weavile is Alakazam's biggest worry. Alakazam's best friend is a Thick Fat Hariyama or a Scarfed Heracross because they both can handle Alakazam's counters well. And btw, my Alakazam isn't worried about Sucker Punchers because of Encore. You will have to repeat Sucker Punch again and again... to no avail. While I switch out to another Pokemon and let it use Spikes and Stealth Rock. (Forretress.)

Someone could easily switch in a special attacker that does well in sandstorm or is paired up with T-tar or Hippo--most notably Gengar, Magnezone, and even Heatran--who can outspeed Cloyster and kill it with HP electric (and takes pathetic damage from Icicle Spear).

You'll have to force the opponent to lock themselves into outrage--something they will NEVER do unless if they have successfully scouted your team. Outrage is mostly used for late-game sweeping. In the early stages of the match they probably won't ever use outrage--they will be setting up with swords dance, setting up substitutes, etc. Also after a swords dance stone edge OHKOs Cloyster!

3. Using outrage at the start of a match is very common because Garchomp can be OHKO'd with an strong ice type, used as a STAB or not. Attacking Lead Weavile uses Ice Punch. NOT Ice Shard. Outrage delivers more power and usually guarantees 2-3 OHKOs.
4. You NEVER use substitute with a Scarfchomp set. This is stupid and defeats the purpose.
5. Using a scarf locks you into one move just as outrage.

@mew339 Now let us move on to CBchomp. CB means choice band, in case your low mental capacity has prevented you from knowing. The point of a choice band is to hit any switch-in hard (something else you did not know). This, paired up with sandstorm and stealth rock, 2 very common things in OU (another thing you don't know), makes sure that it can hit any switch in hard. Choice band requires prediction, and that means no one will randomly use outrage unless if they are sweeping late-game.

@mew339 Therefore, Weavile is definitely not a Garchomp counter, because it can never switch in on Garchomp. Even if it is outrage it will get killed. And one more thing: outrage usually never 3KOs. It almost always either OHKOs or 2HKOs. 3KO is only with the bulky steel types. And Garchomp has earthquake to deal with steel types, meaning subsalac Chomp and SD chomp can hit almost types for good damage. And even Skarmory and Bronzong are pounded with fire fang.

I hate how garchomp got banned, I do understand that it can be cheap, but I never even use a yache berry or focus sash on it, most people I know dont either, people shouldnt always listen to what Smogon says, just because they say something doesnt necesseraly make it true, anyways Garchomp could and probably would get owned in the Uber environment. Wow i sisnt know so many people had them. I tried using a Flygon of the same lv but its stats were too weak. Soo, i'll just get Salamence, Dragonite or a Better Flygon!

Wow I cannont express how much I agree with this video. Everyone uses garchomp. and what I hate is people think they are original using him, when 90% of all teams have one. People who use garchomps are well...bitches.

i totally agree man. EVERYONE uses a garchomp! what about dragonite or flygon??? im sooo glad my dragonite is strong enough to pawn garchomps.

I do not use any pseudo legendary... and no popular OU either. Rayher unpopular OUs like Magnezone is Ok with me but the likes of Electivire and Heracross... forget it.

the one on the left is the non shiny and i sorta feel your pain dude cause i have a tough problem with garchomp myself but i wouldnt say i hate him.

Well I loved Garchomp ever since I started the game, but I don't use it anymore in Wi-Fi battling anymore. I prefer to use more UU Pokemon now.
Although I still see Tyranitar as a bigger threat than Garchomp, because it can know DDance, and trust me, its very unpleasent to battle one that is already set up.
Anyways, everyone has their opinions on Garchomp; mine toward the liking of Garchomp because its the first Poke I trained properly that actually worked well.
