    if you are workinf, you can't make exercise !!!

    I'm sure that you will have 30minutes in the afternon to do that workout at home and not at the office

  • Doing a 30 min workout at the office wakes you up and you feel energized not to mention raises your heart rate for a 30 min cardio to keep you burning fat ;) ....exercising your body is never stupid. Thanks kevin!!!

  • I love it when someone shows us an alternate way of doing exercises when one can't go to the gym. That's why I have some weight sets at home and do some of my cardio exercises like push ups, pull ups, and dips at home or the nearest playground and do jogging around the neighborhood or at the middle school in my area when I can't go to the gym. There is zero excuse for anyone not to take exercise and nutrition seriously.

  • @4766462 You should be able to get a six minute workout in during your break time, if you don't have enough space go to your car and hit in the parking lot. There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be able to get a pump in during an 8 hour workday.

  • hey levrone, just wondering how that is supposed to maintain the gains. Isn't your muscles used to working with heavier weights instead of your own body weight?

  • Great advice Kev. Another thing i would add which i used to do myself in my old office job was keep a couple sets of dumbbells in your office, nothing too heavy maybe like some 25's and or 35's depending on your strength. That way you can get some bicep, tricep and delt work in.
