theyre planes kind of look like colonial vipers

they're based off of japanese shinden prop fighters, often used for kamakaze due to their high speed (I think)

they're referred to as type C's in the movie

Steve Blum is getting old, if he varies his voice alittle, then he might be a good choice in future animes, but come on, when ever character sounds like Spike Spiegel, it gets old. Good movie though.
