If you watched the video, he explained it to you. You rewire Fruity Loops through Reason and use Autotune in Fruity Loops as a VST.

Dont just talk about it rate it... On this song I made the beat in reason, then opened pro-tools up opened a new track clicked on inst. then chose reason (so now its rewired) dropped vocals then after they were dropped I used Auto-tune as an effect...
