Hi Orreos - the rider of the black and the grey is a Grand Prix rider; the rider of the bay is a Graduate of the Spanish Royal School. They are riding in schooling sessions, not in a show. Their hands are 'busy' because they are reading the horse, and transmitting finely tuned signals in response to every element they feel happening.

at the risk of coming across like a know it all, I think it's unfortunate that the hands were so busy, the elbows are so far behind the spine and the spine is arched.

The horse however is beautiful.

@Orreos Its called Classical riding... Every country has a different style of riding, personally I think Western style look sloppy... These horses wouldnt perform the way they do if the rider didnt know what they were doing... So no you dont sound like a know it all, you sound really stupid :)
