My grandfather died of cancer last year, and my grandma/dad prayed for him the entire year he had cancer. All that happened to him was he died a slow painful death until one day the cancer got to his lungs. The world isn't as simple as a giant man in the sky commanding things to happen...

@nxgBAD1964 I am happy that your aunt was cured of cancer. Though I doubt god stopped it. So many awful things are happening in the world and 'god' doesn't seem to be doing anything about those. My grandfather died of cancer last year, and my grandma/dad prayed for him the entire year he had cancer. All that happened to him was he died a slow painful death until one day the cancer got to his lungs. The world isn't as simple as a giant man in the sky commanding things to happen...

Then i grew up and learned why a god couldn't exist logically, rather than just not believing because i was in depression. The minute i stopped believing was the happiest moment of my teenage life.
