@egg64 I don't believe it's a frame trap, it's just timing and watching the opponent. Trying to block the fireball makes Dhalsim's Ultra2 unavoidable because it is a throw. I don't know how reliable that setup actually is, I think the superflash might have allowed someone like Ryu to DP through it. I'm not sure on that, but I'd like to find out.

How do you defend against that Dhalsim ultra 2? It grabs you in the air and on the ground and you cant block it seems.

To defend against Ultra 2 if you are on the ground, you jump away. If you are mid move on the ground It will catch you, if you are coming down from a jump it can anti air you as you land. If you are close on the ground you can jump forward over it and you have a free combo if it whiffs.
