A3? may be you mean "Samson Media One 3a" or "SAMSON STUDIO-DOCK 3 inch"?
I wouldn't recommend a small monitors for any work :) 5-6 is a minimum that you can go for. If you don't have enough money, so wait. Don't buy something that you will regret later. For example even this monitors - Samson Resolv A8 was not enough for subs and i bought an active sub - Samson resolv 120a. Later i'll upload the video of sub too, but sure no one will catch the difference.
I never heard about 3" model of Resolv series. You need it for mixing or just for monitoring?
In your last video, I noticed, that microphone (is it Rode nt1a?) in extremely wrong position, try to search google for right mic placing and mic techniques. And about headphones, may be you should buy good and comfortable recording headphones before spending money for 3 inch monitors?
Anyway, I only advise, and you'll decide what to do ;) There much ways to make sound better.
@marleymusic217, if you make electronic music, such as rnb, hip-hop, trance, house etc - sure it worth, you'll get better and clean bass sound. Samson A6 will be good for rock music, blues and other genres with weak bass.
@chillioverdose Thanks for the reply, I am actually not a producer but i like a good bass. I am planning to get these, or m-audio bx8a's as a home sound system upgrade. Many people say that studio monitors aren't meant to be used as a hifi system. Yet it would seem that you get allot more out of your money buying studio monitors since you aren't paying for the looks and the brand etc. Plus you can always use an equalizer to 'unflatten' the sound.

Seem lovely mate :D
You think they can fill up a 30m2 room with good music?
I'm not a pro. Just wanna use them for monitoring my Roland TD-3 drum set and maybe some guitars on. Also use them from plain music listening.
You'd recommend? Or they're too narrow (hot) spotted?
Thanks

אני התכוונתי לגרסה של המוניטור שיש לך וכן עם 3 אינטש.
אני נורא לחוצה בכסף ודווקא הופתעתי לשמוע כי שמעתי שזה לא רע בכלל :]

Samson Media One 3a

Nice view of the area outside the windows. The neighbors next door and downstairs must really love the new monitors cranked up.
