Anti-terrorist film. You sense that mood with the desert streets and dust kicking up in the air. But to avoid making the film appear obnoxious. The terrorist is played by a Chinese since it is a Chinese film.

@poohxx Basically, Jay Chou and Nicholas Tse are both brothers in the movie, but they both work on the opposite side of the law. Jay plays as a CT (Counter Terrorist) & Tse plays as an criminal. Theres another man out there that's threatening to spread small pox around the world to kill people since we "Are not immune" to it. As brothers on the opposite side of the law. Jay needs to get his brother to work with him to stop the man from spreading the Virus to wipe out ALOT of human population.

@poohxx Or the story was that Jay is a CT and and Tse is the man that holds the Virus to spread. Tse is Jay's brother in the movie. He's discovers that his brother is threatening to wipe out human population to the world with the Virus and has to stop his brother before he does release the virus to the world.

Either way, I think both plots will be good :)
