The guy's solos are terrible and he's totally repetitive with them. All of his solos sound the same. Hell, all of his RIFFS sound the same too. Hell, they did the same thing with Dead Skin Mask, which sounds incredibly identical to the intro from South of Heaven. And i've listened to a number of Slayer songs to know that his solos (including the songs you mentioned) are shit. I also listen to other stuff far more underground than Slayer.
