I remember seeing this from another view and that cop that was using his asp also pulled a gun on people in the crowd. If a police force wants a loose canon like that, I sure hope they have lots of money, oh that's right it's taxpayers money spent on rogue cops like that. Well that cop will meet his maker 1 day. As they say karma will get you eventually. Damn dirty cops, when will police learn having bad cops only makes people hate them even more. Get rid of the bad cops or see what it gets you!
