  • very nice tank, just seems like to many fish

  • wow !!

  • what lighting do you use?

  • @AmandaPayneTv Bro says: 14000K 400 watt metal halide and LED strips for actinic

  • Awesome

  • very nice tank how do you get so much coraline alge? i love all the purple!

  • @kismyasss011 Bro says: Weekly water changes 15% using Instant Ocean Reef Salt which is 440 ppm calcium at 1.025% salinity and maintaining alk at 9-11 dkh.

  • espectacular !!!!!

  • this is reeeaaallly cool any tips for starting an reef tank?

    thanks

  • @MnMRacingProductions make sure your bioload isnt to much for your filter, have good lighting, and make sure its cycled.

And a lot of research on each coral

  • @CARTOONESR adult Mimic Le..mon Peel Tang? Acanthurus pyroferus I believe, not 100% sure.

  • awesome.

  • What type of tang is that on 1:16

  • nicw man

  • Wsz594 i believe it is a powder yellow surgeon

  • Hey man sick tank! What kind of tang is that at 1:15? Its gorgeous.

  • Because they eat up soooo much space and limit the amount of other reef safe fish you could have in there instead. Two tangs okay. More then that just shows a lack of creativity and research. Get smaller reef safe fish and it might start to look more like a reef. Why not you already have the corals.

  • Very Beautiful Tank, Starfire wow!! but your P04 looks a bit high cause i can see some green algae, other wise its AAAmazing

I have 225G reef, with 90G sump, I had to build few reactors for Nitrate and Phosphate to get rid of all kind of algae

  • @Balomega Hi - thanks for your comments - the green is actually a desirable green corraline. Would love to see your tank - you should post some videos!

  • What i don't get is why when someone has a large tank they fill it with Tangs. Whats up with that? Still nice though.

  • @NaturesJewels some of the prettiest species in my opinion, usually grow large, reef safe, lot of personality, why not?

  • what tank do you have?

  • @almacOo I dont have a tank - i just look after my bothrer's when he's away and post vids of it for him - almost started a shallow "clam tank" once but my bro stole it for a protein skimmer he was building. My own main hobbies are astronomy (scopes, binos) and RC stuff (boats cars and planes).

  • When you panned left at 0:38 I thought it was a mirror but then I was like "but wait, there's more!"

  • love the square anthias : ) How long have you had him?

  • @MrCobsCorals I've had him for over 2 1/2 years.

  • Very impressive! I'm keen (and have been for a while) to get started with a marine tank but have lacked inspiration. After seeing this masterpiece, I've gotta feeling it's gonna be expensive!! you gotta love the trigger too people!!

  • B E A U T I F U L .....one of the best soft coral tanks I've seen...

  • Beautiful !!!!

  • @kallagan59 Bro says "Thanks!"

  • my tank sucks, lol

  • Ok , why in the hell haven't more people seen this video . You need to put a few more tags on this video . This is a SALTWATER DREAM TANK . Tell your brother great job on the tank and thank you for posting .

  • @allmc23 My bro replies - " Been in the hobby since 1981 and still love it! Thanks for your positive comment!"

  • awesome fish in there! Excellent video too!

  • how old is this tank ?

  • @flatsrunna Asked my bro - "This tank is 18 months old but is the 3rd generation of a salt water set-up that has been running for 12 years. Most of the tangs except for the Naso Tang are 11-12 years old."
