@shyshay135 actually no, Martin wrote this song because his friend committed suicide. the organization uses this song though, and Boys Like Girls did a collaboration making t-shirts with the song lyrics on it and what not. it was not written FOR to write love on her arms, it's just used by the organization.

@khalifaaa16 I'm 2 years away from moving out. Not only that, but I'm moving states. The only reason I am able to do this, was because I realized that I was the only thing holding myself back. I forgave myself for things that I found didnt even matter.. but it helped. A Journey of 1,000 miles begins with a single step. Good Luck <3
@chuchugecko I'm slowly but surely forgiving myself for the exact same reasons.. I realized that no matter how much or for how long we hold on and don't wanna let go, it isn't gonna bring that one person back... A couple months ago I found this quote and I've loved it ever since... "Forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could've been any different, it’s accepting the past for what it was and using this moment and this time to help yourself move forward" We'll all be okay, I'm sure. <3
@khalifaaa16 I agree. In the end, things are a certain way for a reason. We're pushed through hard times to see if we're strong enough to move past them. Anything good is worth it in the end isnt it? Im not going to pull the "things happen for a reason" card, but I will say that what doesnt break us, makes us stronger in the end. @chuchugecko I agree with you as well! Were never given anything we aren't strong enough to get through. We are going to meet plenty of people who we want to believe are here to stay permanently ( not to sure if it's spelt right) but in the end it never really ends up our way... I believe that if something is good it's wonderful, and if it's bad it's experience. I never regret anything I've done in my life because it makes us who we are. @khalifaaa16 The truth in that is more real every day. So much of the problems of this world is a genuine lack of communication. it is no one way street, more than half of the process is listening. After realizing that after so long, a lot clicked for me. Things get better over time, and everything passes. :)
