@stitch99 yes, A man can speak after he has had his head so called cut off. In more than most cases the head is not cut completely at all. If it hits a bones in the neck, It will just cut the spinnal cord and bones in the neck, but most times it will never totally cut the neck and front part of the neck will be totally in tack to speak as you heard ! Yes, you can speak after your head has been so called cut off !
