a freakin flying armbar!?! thats sick man! I'm no expert but I noticed that when Forrest is setting up for armbar from mount...he should use his whole body to attack that arm...and dont pull at the arm where it bends...hard to explain..sorry dont mean to sound like an ass just been doing armbars from mount lately and it works. good job keep them vids coming!
