  • يولد انت خطير :$

    كفووووووووووووووو

  • It is useless for student to learn the "NAME" of the letters. Students need to learn the pronunciation of the letter, that's it. They don't need to be confused with the name.

  • I heard from Maha that the letter J is pronounced like in word vision. So now Im confused. Can aynone explain that?

  • @kamkaj19 That's often true in modern and colloquial Arabic, but in classical Arabic, the books on Arabic phonetics make it clear that the Jeem sound is like the English J.

  • @kamkaj19 The "jeem" letter in Arabic (as in the word rajul or "man") is pronounced similar to a J in English (as in the word Jewel). In Egyptian dialect that same letter is pronounced as a G (as in Google). So the word for "chicken" in Arabic (dejaaj) would be pronounced degaag in Egyptian dialect. There are a lot of different dialects and inflections for Arabic speakers. This is colloquial and the best dialect to learn and understand all dialects.

  • Thank you so much!

  • I've always wanted to learn Arabic! I've only watched this vid so far but your already explaining really well, so thanks a bunch! Your a great person :)

  • اول مره ادري

ان في ناس يتعلمان العربي على اليوتوب

    خخخخخخخخخخخخ

    let go ترجموا كلامي

  • Fantastic, i recommend you to anyone and everyone!! those who don't even ask!!

  • @arabicdashstudio my mother tongue is urdu..i dont understand the difference between the ta and tay..its seems to be the same. secondly urdu has more alphabets than arabic, not the other way round as stated in the video

  • @ZohaibAbbasi Yes that was a slight slip of the tongue - Urdu does indeed have more letters than Arabic. Regarding the difference, listen out for how a Pakistani and an Arab pronounce the work "kitaab", and you should be able to spot the difference.

  • Anyone the video where he pronounces the Alif letter.

  • i cant hear you

  • Alhamdulillah, thank you for taking time and effort to make this video. I've always had problems with pronounciation of the arabic alphabets and this is one of the first videos I've seen on Youtube (and I've seen many!) that gives clear explanation on the pronounciation. Look forward to watching your other videos. Thanks again!

  • Mate, thank you very much for this. I am a monolingual Arab-Australian, and not only is it fantastic to be able to learn another language for free, but your impression of the Australian accent is hands down the most accurate I've heard from a non-Australian.

  • this is difficult :( lol

  • Haha, ''Ta'' is a very happy letter, I can tell :)

  • Really good. I thought you said "fried in arrogance" but no, it was "pride or arrogance"!

  • You speak English very well. Which is your first language?

  • @Th3Wh1teH4t English is my first language.

  • great work brother.........

  • Excellent video. It would been a little better if you talked a bit louder :(.

  • Fabulous video! Thank you so much!

  • I love the way you are teaching kids this good lesson keep up the good work!

  • what indicating the line over the letter please reply

  • @hakeem89968 That's called a "macron", and indicates that the sound should be elongated.

  • The connections you make to English dialects are excellent! Great work; very helpful to one who is not accustomed to recognizing these sounds as separate.

  • Mashallah. You are very good at explaining/teaching. Thanks and welldone.

  • thank you

  • this is a very informative video...keep them coming...thanks

  • this is awesome, and im not even learning arabic. im learning Hindi/Urdu but to be honest ive never seen a tutorial that was so informative and didnt treat the learners like little kids. arabic is a hard language and has to be taught using a larger linguistic vocabulary.

  • I would just like to point out that the letter tha' might be pronounced much like an S for someone who had a lisp.

  • JAZAAKALAA KAIRAN

This is what is needed-more people such as youselves who pass on their knowledge and not just learn it for selfish reasons. A large portion of the muslim umat is of non arabic speaking backgrounds so we do not have the benefit of full arabic immersion from a young age or any time thereafter. this usually means hours and years of study whilst practicing and fullfilling our Islamic obligations by mere repetition and regurgitation without full understanding.good work. Shukran!!!

  • wow, i used to be able to read and write arabic but i forgot how to now, it been 15 years since i wrote in arabic, and i'm starting to forget how to speak too now..I can fully understand though.

  • Really? Really?! I have to roll my "r"s? >.< This is why I didn't want to take Spanish! I can do it once every hundred times I try.

But that "better" example was actually very helpful. Literally, I took 3 years of Spanish and that's that best example for rolling "r"s that I've ever heard.

  • Assalamualeikum brother, and shukran for your videos, I am trying to learn arabic and I find your videos very very helpful, I am so looking forward to reading the Q'ran in Arabic. May Allah reward you for your kindness.

  • Thank you so much for taking the time to put these videos up to teach us the arabic language, may Allah(swt) reward you insha Allah, hopefully insha Allah I will learn the arabic language with your videos

  • Thank you so much! You helped me soo much, I hated pronouncing the Dhaal and Thaa. I never knew Raa flapped! Sad, Dad, Ta and Za are hard too, very annoying. But you made them all so much easier! And with practice and using your tips i can pronounce Arabic perfectly Inshalla!

May Allah SWT have mercy and you and all of us Muslims! =D

  • better errr.. that was an excellent explanation of the rolling r

  • Nice video it helps a lot..

    Thanks..

  • Assalamualaikum,

    Great work bro,

    Keep it up,

  • scotch dialect has ch sound in it ? Cool

Loch means hole in German in words like Arschloch lol

In German you make the خ sound after a dark vowel like A,U,O in words like nach or doch or auch

Also the German R is exactly like the Arabic letter غ

So German is much closer to Arabic than people think and a lot of the genders are the same too

Note French R is different from the German R or the Arabic letter غ

  • Well, i haven't so big problem with saying the letter as writting them.

  • Hmmmm ok here we go inshAllah ,Jaza Kallah ,

  • You are amazing! Thank you, I'm planning to move to the MIddle East in the Summer, this is very helpful.

  • This is by far the most helpful video for teaching non-native speakers of Arabic to say phrases in the language correctly.. thank you so much for making this video! :)

  • I live in the Middle East and I'm German. I have arabic lessons 4 times a week, and believe me it absolutely sucks and is my least favorite subject in school (P.S. I know you probably don't care but my favorite subject is MATHEMATICS! XD!).

  • @LeoMiley13524

Hallo Ich lebe in Kanada, und ich komme aus Saudi Arabia, ich studiere Deutsch und ich muss sagen, dass Deutsch eine schöne Sprache ist.

und es ist leicht für mich Deutsch zu sprechen, weil ich spreche Arabisch und Arabisch und Deutsch sehr Ähnlich sind

    wo lebst du?

  • this guy is awesome

  • thanks a lot, and can you teach in french?

  • This is wonderful! Thank you so much for the help and great instruction!!

  • thank you. I just start to learn arabic here in moscow, but my lessons only 1 time per week, so this vidio help me...

  • You have a cute british accent

  • i can't roll the freakin' "r".

  • @rashida7777

I always had the same problem... I simply can't do the 'R' sound, in japanese and portuguese, too.

  • this is like perfect

    holy crap

  • what is the differnce between the alif and the alif maddah in pronunciation?

  • maddah means a stretch or elongation, so alif maddah is basically just a prolonged alif. so instead of saying "A" you say "AAAA" or just a long "A" sound. hope that helped. i know i suck at explaining XD

  • Thank you SOOO much! You helped SOOO much with me and my friend! We are learning Arabic together!

  • @peace4111

Arabic is a great language, you will realize that when u start to speak it and know its rules

    trust me
