  • I cant get the mine cart clock to not overlap... im using a pretty big track too its almost too slow now but it still overlaps red stone signals :(

  • @viakth8 Overlaping redstone signals? Are you having both sides of pistons firing at the same time? Can you give me more details about whats going on?

  • @MrOneWolfe nvm fixed it

  • how about u move the minecart 1 out and put water streams to push ur items to a centralized area

  • @AngryBrothaProds Thanks!

    That sounds like a great idea :-)

  • The sieve trap is a great invention, but as you've discovered, it has its pros and its cons. The pro is that it gets around the new "mobs don't move when 40+ blocks away from you" problem, but its cons are that loot collection is more effort intensive, you can't AFK with your current design, and dang skellies are a good shot even when falling to their death. :o)

    Your minecart clock (needs moving back and walling with glass) is a genius solution to the lag issue. Well done, Onewolfe!

  • @TheMindfiend Thank you for all the tips. This is still a work in progress so I will try to keep everyone informed with the updates as they come :-)

    I still wish I had found a skeleton spawner ...

  • moving the track one block out would be easier and even lowering the floor may help kill the endermen.

  • @unowild I was planning on dropping it a few blocks to see what happens ...

  • I like your Monster Trap / Amusement Ride. 8-]

  • @unowild lol :-)

  • Very nice Wolfe, im Jake Sihra on Facebook, the water idea isn't what i meant, but it is a very nice idea. I cannot wait till this city gets going!

  • @DrunknMinecraft thats the draw backs to a legit build ...

    it takes such a long time to get going, but once all the automation is in place and things running smoothly it can be alot of fun :-)

  • @MrOneWolfe Why so complicated!? You could just move the minecart track one more block into the rock and then build a wall to protect it from mobs, so you don't have to build the whole wall to the top. Also it would reduce the lag very well if you move the whole track closer to the top and/or use redstone spiraling instead of the torch pillars. For the spider issue you can use Jontebonte1's idea, but I'd use fences instead of halfslabs, so the mobs can't protect them-selves from falling.

  • @ehtuanK thanks for the suggestion :-)

  • I used to be a Moving Minecart, until I took an Arrow to the Track.

  • @DarkChomp201 Ha!

  • @DarkChomp201 laughed so hard I fell out of the chair!

  • @MrOneWolfe The pads need to be set up with halslabs with this to be like this;

    Halvslab=H

    Block=B

    B B B B B B B B B

    B H B B H B B H B

    B B B B B B B B B

    B B B B B B B B B

    B H B B H B B H B

    B B B B B B B B B

  • @Jontebonte1 Or yeah kinda like that

  • @Jontebonte1 Thanks :-)
