@jgapon It's so funny you say that because my mom and I have always believed that Siamese cats are half monkey.  My Siamese hangs from trees - it's so crazy! I can remember reading somewhere that Siamese cats are genetically linked to the monkey. All Siamese cats are beautiful!

Cosmo is a gorgeous cat! Siamese are so elegant and beautiful. I have a seal point too called Inca. She has a very tiny frame though and her voice isn't as demanding as this, which makes me a bit sad actually because I used to have an old Siamese that sounded just like Cosmo and I loved it! I have a Tonkinese cat who comes close to this as far as sound goes though ....

She is 14yrs old!! she has always been tiny, like a 6 mo old, her other litter mates all grew normal sz but the males were huge, but Lil Bitty is tiny but she has the LOUDEST MEOW of any Siamese I have had or heard in my life, I have one of her brothers, they can do a weird duo of sounds that sound alike , but his normal sound is really different and thier uncle who is 16 doesn't make any sounds they do. HIS ARE DIFFERENT!!!

@pbsandcspanwatchit i have to agree with your comment on the cats size! i have a brother and sister oriental. the female is tiny as anything shes lucky to weigh 2kg her brother is a big boy! he weighs 9kg. we also have a chocolate point siamese and the way the 3 interact is just like this. their meows are so similar the siamese meow is so distinctive but yet to me having grown up with them since i was born (24yrs) i wouldnt be without one! they talk to u. not just for when they want something.
