I love teas!

I don't know is this tea really help to loss weight but I am sure that it helps to keep good health, but the most important thing is to enjoy them (like asian people do)

I know how to make green teas, I mean the proper way, water temperature is extremely important, it modify the taste of the tea and the nutrients we got of it.
