  • I feel sorry for the goal keeper.

    hahahaha the strangest goalever!!

  • yep this is valid,

if the gk touches it and hits the ground and then by some odd spin rolls in then it aint valid. ive read it somewhere but cant remember

  • Genaaid

  • Dat is best wel lullig

  • what a way to score .

  • @masterplanhk what's the name of the song??? I love it!

  • Invalid goal..

  • The ref on the right blew his whistle after the penalty was taken!

  • @hillman39

The referee was right to award that penalty in 1986. The ball can hit the posts, crossbar and goalkeeper any number of times before going in from a single kick. This penalty is also valid as the player only touched the ball once.

  • @TheSteph3210 learn the rules its not a valid goal in a penalty shootout

  • @SuperBuzzfuzz

The ball may touch the goalkeeper, posts and/or crossbar any number of times. This was clarified after an incident in the 1986 World Cup shoot-out between Brazil and France. Bruno Bellone's kick rebounded out off the post and back into the goal off goalkeeper Carlos's back. Referee Ioan Igna gave the goal to France, and Brazil captain Edinho was booked for protesting that the kick should have been considered a miss as soon as it rebounded off the post.

  • @SuperBuzzfuzz In 1987, the IFAB clarified Law 14, covering penalty kicks, to support Igna's decision.

From Wikipedia's page on the penalty SHOOTOUT.

    So there.

  • I'm going to get the law boom out now and see whats the ruling

  • In a penalty shoot out, once the ball begins to move away from the goal, the ball ceases to be in play, ie. if the ball strikes the post and moves away from the goal line, the set piece has ended. This goal shouldn't have counted. World Cup 1986, QF France V Brazil, Penalty shoot out; ball strikes post, bounces out, hits Joel Bats (French goalkeeper) on the back and goes in. France went on to win so contraversy was averted.

  • I don't know much about the rules of foorball but I think the goal should count.

  • @DJEMMEY25 It hits the bar, goes into the goal. No rules against that.

  • This is the same as if the ball hit the underside of the cross bar and went in, no attacking player touched it so the fact that it rolled in is irrelevant

  • dbr

  • Was this in the world cup (south africa 2010)?

  • @mflatley100 no the italian league i think

  • Hahaha brilliant and as a referee I can confirm that is a legitimate goal

  • @kieranb71 it doesnt count because when the ball bounces back the scene is over

  • @catenacciooo That's the second time I have seen you post this. Please provide a page number and quote from the FIFA laws to back this statement up.

  • Looks legitimate to me, I mean unexpected and slow to go in but I don't see why it shouldn't stand.

  • 16 ppl never have been a keeper before.

  • :DDDDDDD

  • You gotta be kidding me :D :D:D
