i think what makes a good coach,for any sport,is someone the athletes can connect with.someone,that knows the sport inside and out,someone that the atletes with look up to and respect,and someone that knows when to joke around,and knows when its time to get down to business

thats not really what i expected to hear but ok... i mean it is kinda obvious you have to know the sport to coch it but what i thought i would hear is how to coach it so your players listen and respect you and what you have to say if you know what i mean
