It's CN with GTW report markings.

@Andrewsaxamophone it should not be "CN 4900" it should be GTW 4900. It is still GTW but just with CN paint. CN records this unit as being GTW 4900.

There is one thing. I am mad that CN bought the Illinois central railway. And now they have tracks within the US. I mean isn't it bad to have a company from another country controling you're country's tracks? But CN is a great railroad and very nice engines. Thta's just a concern.
