Sorry, no, the small front pockets are sized for magazines/pocket knifes and that size item. Your Fenix would easily fit in any of the slash pockets though.
Great pants, great review! I bought my first pair and had no complaints, but purchased two more and the button snaps are unreasonably tight. I'm waiting for a response from Quartermaster.
