I have no idea who is fighting who or why - it's quite chaotic. The ship models aren't bad, and the angles are actually rather good, but it's all very fast-paced and a bit confusing. I liked it, so you get a thumbs up, but I still don't really understand what I was watching.
If i could rate i would rate a 3/5 stars, it could have been 5/5. But you're using the scene cutting a bit too much, if you dropped the scene cuttings to like 10% of what you have right now, it would be a great clip.

Star Trek, B5, Star Wars, SG1, and Battlestar Galactica! Lol! I also believe you under estimated the power of organic based ships in your depiction of battles between B5 forces and Star Trek. Also did not include organic species 8472? Or Third Space forces for B5? Or latter B5 forces in Lost Tales, Legend of the Rangers, First Ones or The Hand? Just to name a few, I love Star Trek and B5 just feel the battle scenes were one sided.
You should do one with the covenant attacking the UNSC
