I think that you don't have enough oil in it.

I think it works like this

Blue smoke - Oil

Black smoke -Fuel.

Am I right?

other way around. Too much oil. But normal for a rotary, especially older ones. Rotaries need to inject oil directly into the combustion chamber in order to keep the apex seals lubed, so a little oil is naturally burned in the combustion process. With older ones, you tend to get more smoke on cold starts because some of the oil tends to build up in the chambers from old oil injectors when the engine's been sitting. Happens all the time to my GSL-SE...

blue smoke is definitely oil. but black smoke is sometimes coolant or water. my old integra threw black smoke from coolant
