I neglected this game for 4 months, worst then anyone could because I didn't have to go to the store to grab it. Oh no my dumb ass had it right up under SSFIV (another game I neglect). Yesterday my cousin got me to play it with him and I played thinking about old Samurai Showdown. Now I don't only feel like I got a new game but I also feel stupid for not giving it a chance.

I love how at 1:07 a red, obviously-added-in-post-produc­tion apostrophe flies in to complete the word "it's" because so many "English-speakers" (like the US SNK/Playmore marketing group that made this trailer) have no idea that there is a difference between "its" and "it's". Funny and sad.

i didnt like this game... its very slow and has some limitations if we compared it with samurai shodown 2, or 4. I dont know why when a game makes this transition from 2d to 3d, it became slow.

@rajayuca the reason samurai's and western have always been together is because western flicks are based on samurai films. the magnificent seven is based on the seven samurai. a fistful of dollars is based on yojimbo. western films in general are heavily influenced by samurai films. so that's why samurai's and westerns have always sort of been hand in hand.

@sweetcoldbastard games should be fun...In this game if you don't remember a whole a lot of combos you're dead cuz an incorect combo input will make your character stand fucking still for a second which will allow an enemy to drain your health by 1/2.Also as I was playing I discovered in an hour that ''there certainly IS a block function but one combo just switches from mid-to high too often and too quick that there is no fucking use of a block!Also...Draco's shotgun...no comment!

@Lioyd1rving oh seriously...compare it to SS1 and 2!!And who the hell thought that giving shotgun to a character (Draco) would be a good idea?Majikina Mina from SS5 had a bow, but the arrow didn't launch u in air for a chance to perform an infinite combo!But if Draco gets u with only one shot he'll shoot off about 75% of u'r health and u can't do anything about that!

@Lioyd1rving yeah he is a boss, but still he's harder than Golba!I mean most of time if i'm unable to dodge his bullet I just put the controller to the floor cuz I know he's just gonna keep shooting without letting me land on the ground living me minimum health or just killing me, I don't think giving a character a ranged weapon in a fighting game is a good idea...anyway for example in SF, if you got hit by hadouken you can block/jump on the next hadouken attack!IThat ain't gonna work with Draco
